We collect the following when you submit a booking or contact request: full name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred charter date, number of guests, special requests, and IP address via server logs.
We do not collect payment card data on this website.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
- Contract performance: To process and fulfill your charter booking.
- Legitimate interest: To respond to your inquiries.
- Consent: For any marketing communications (opt-in only).
4. Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (AWS us-east-1). Booking data is retained for 7 years for legal and accounting compliance. Contact messages are retained for 2 years.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share with: captains you select (name and contact only), our email service provider, and legal authorities if required by law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@aphroditemarine.com — we respond within 30 days.
8. Terms of Service
Charter services are provided by Mubudo Digital and Consultancy LLC under bareboat charter terms governed by Florida and U.S. Maritime Law. Disputes are subject to arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Maximum capacity: 12 guests (excluding captain). Charterer is responsible for captain fees ($75/hr) and fuel costs. All passengers must sign a liability waiver prior to boarding.
